Brief introduction of Amy, the wonderful crafter behind melbangel:
Amy, who is located in Singapore just like saplanet, designs and makes the most wonderful crochet patterns. The most impressive series amongst all her other creations, would probably be the food crochet patterns. Each of them has a striking resemblance of the real thing, which goes to show the efforts put into each of the design. Amy, being a multi-talented crafter, does beautiful illustrations too; and her blythe series is simply breath taking.

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to enjoy the best of both worlds. melbangel is best known for her wonderful food designs; while saplanet is probably better known for her tiny amigurumi designs. It is rather uncommon that pattern designers come together to offer a fabulous promotion, but we love each other’s work so much, we don’t know who else wouldn’t.

Detailed Instruction

Step 1:
+ begin your shopping with any of our shops;
+ add the desired products to your cart

Step 2:
+ select ‘keep shopping’
+ go to the another shop (if you have purchased from melbangel, you would visit saplanet shop now) 

Step 3:
+ add the desired product to your cart 

Step 4:
+ select ‘keep shopping’ if you have more items to buy
+ select ‘checkout’ if you are finished with shopping 

Step 5:
+ select saved address; or enter new address
+ select ‘next step’ or ‘revise cart’ if you need to make changes 

Step 6: 
+ enter the promo code MELSAP08 in the ‘message to seller’ boxes for both seller since payment are made to individual sellers separately
+ select ’submit order’ to complete the order process (not shown here, because I can’t get to next step since I am not really buying)

Step 7:
+ Once order process is completed, select ‘Purchase’ on the top right hand corner of ‘Your Etsy’ page 

Step 8: 
+ you will see a list of your purchases
+ click on the item you just purchased from melbangel and saplanet 
+ if you have purchased multiple items from either of the shops, just select one of the items 

Step 9:
+ copy the url shown on your address bar in your browser and paste somewhere for later use
+ go back to the purchase page, and select another item from the other shop (if the first url is from melbangel, for example, this time around, select the item from saplanet)
+ copy the url the same way you just did and paste into the same application (text, word etc) 

 

Step 10:
+ finally, you select ‘conversations’ on the top panel
+ select ’start new conversation’ 

Step 11:
+ type either melbangel, or saplanet in the To: box
+ type MELSAP08 in the Subject: box
+ paste both urls into the conversation box 
+ select ’send’

I didn’t notice the ongoing promotion until I have made a purchase with one of the shops participating in this promotion, can I still enjoy the discount if I were to buy from the other shop now?
(Ans) Sure! You may still enjoy the discount, as long as the purchases are made within 3 days of the first purchase. Just send a convo to any of the shops with the purchases urls, and we will honor the refund as stated.

Repeat purchases – I have purchased from both shops and enjoyed the discount, I plan to buy from just one shop now, can I still enjoy the discount?
(Ans) To enjoy the discount, you must purchase a minimum of 1 item from one of the shops, and buy one/multiple items from another shop. (you don’t have to even the quantity of purchases) For subsequent orders, you will still need to meet the condition again, that is to buy at least 1 item from one shop, and one or multiple items from another shop to qualify for the promotion.

How does refund works?
(Ans) refund will be made via paypal by the 2 shops separately within 3 days of payment
(Ans) transaction is only considered complete upon clearance of echeck
